Job description Role and Key Responsibilities:
Ø Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
Ø Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
Ø Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments
Ø Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
Ø Discovers and explores business opportunities
Ø Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
Ø Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities
Ø Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
Ø Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities
Ø Estimates partners’ needs and goals
Ø Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
Ø Protects an organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Ø Enhances the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Ø Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Ø Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Ø Good communication skills- fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu with keen interest in education sales
Ø Education Qualification: Post Graduate MBA/PGDM – any Specialization from reputed educational institution
Ø Work Experience: 2-7 years work experience in Business Development/Sales role
Ø Proven experience in team handling and problem solving
