About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Monitor and moderate the Discord server, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and rules
- Engage with community members, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Address and resolve conflicts, issues, and disputes among members promptly and fairly
- Remove inappropriate or harmful content, banning users when necessary
- Collaborate with other moderators and staff to plan and execute community events and activities
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve community management and engagement
- Stay updated on Discord features, tools, and best practices for moderation

- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts professionally.
- Possess the ability to commit to regular shifts, including occasional weekends and evenings.
- Familiarity with community guidelines and the ability to enforce rules fairly and consistently.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive online community.
- Prior experience with additional moderation tools or bots.
- Knowledge of other online community platforms and best practices.
- Previous experience organizing and managing online events or activities.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
