About the Internship

1. Develop and implement effective Facebook marketing strategies to align with business goals
2. Proactively join relevant Facebook groups, participate in discussions, share our content, and promote our brand organically while respecting group rules and etiquette
3. Support in the ideation, development, and scheduling of engaging content tailored for our Facebook page and associated groups
4. Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
5. Monitor and report on engagement metrics specific to posts and promotional activities within Facebook groups
6. Under supervision, initiate and manage our own Facebook group, encouraging discussions, sharing content, and fostering a community around our brand
7. Engage with members in various groups to gather feedback on our products/services and relay this to our team
8. Stay updated with the latest strategies for engagement within Facebook groups and bring innovative ideas to the table

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. Keen interest in social media, particularly Facebook marketing and community engagement
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Respectful of online community norms and etiquettes
5. A proactive approach with an eagerness to learn and contribute

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience or involvement in online communities, especially Facebook groups
2. Experience with social media analytics
