About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Administrative Support:
- Manage the founder s calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings provide administrative support to the founder and senior leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Ensure effective communication across the organization by managing emails and other correspondence on behalf of the founder
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
b. Communication Management:
- Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing and sending newsletters or updates to staff and stakeholders 4. Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
c. Event and Meeting Coordination:
- Plan and execute special events and projects as needed, including meetings, conferences, and company-wide initiatives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Organize and manage events, conferences, and other functions attended or hosted by the founder.
d. Strategic Assistance:
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making by the founder and senior leadership team.
- Work on special projects and initiatives as directed by the founder.
