About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Generate leads to potential business clients through proactive outbound prospecting
- Work on following up on company-generated leads and obtaining new leads through referrals
- Identify and qualify clients by determining clients’ requirements/expectations and recommending solutions
- Support our top clients and be a key player in guiding potential clients in making confident purchasing decisions by demonstrating the attributes of the company’s products or services
- Build trust with our clients by responding to inquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotes
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect profiles and records in our sales database
- Join weekly team meetings and debriefing sessions
- Help customers win and give them a reason to smile
