About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Yunic HR Solutions services
2. Engaging with existing clients to gather feedback and provide support as needed
3. Working on end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling and following up with the candidates in all the processes until they join)
4. Understanding the client’s requirements and mapping the appropriate profile
5. Ensuring that the maximum number of candidates reach for the scheduled interviews
6. Sourcing the right candidates as per the available requirements
7. Coordinating scheduling and conducting interviews
