Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Provide information about products and services – Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
4. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
