Gyanville Academy is a revolution in intermediate education offering both MPC and MEC courses, with an emphasis on enabling students to make informed career choices in Engineering, Law, and others. It attracts applications 4 times the seats available from both Telugu and adjacent states.

Job Description
We’re looking for bright young UI designers and solutions architects to join our growing team. You will play a part in rapid experimentation, building out complex systems and designers for our customers. Through working with an extensive list of companies spanning several industries, this will result in your work being seen and used by thousands of people across the world. As Monospace is a fast-paced company, we expect you’ll get experience with a little bit of everything.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of delightful user-centered experiences leveraging a solid design process.
- Conduct user research and communicate findings to your product teams.
- Champion UX best practices to ensure we’re all making informed design decisions together.
- Lead discussions on UX/UI problems, and present alternative solutions to problems based on your understanding of user needs and business needs.
- Wireframing of website ideas to show prospective clients before closing the deal
- Wireframing and design of websites to be developed by the development team
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills – from emails to meetings to all hands
- Self-motivated and have a growth mindset
- Ability to work on semi-complex projects to completion
