About the Internship
- Assisting the SEO team in executing on-page and off-page strategies like acquiring brand mentions, reaching out to publishers, and optimizing on-page stuff
- Conducting outreach for off-page SEO campaigns that drive awareness, increasing authority and indicating relevance to the search engines
- Working with curiosity, problem-solving, and willingness to learn new tasks as they arise
- Working on Microsoft Excel and Google sheets (pivot tables, filters, and vlookup)
- Assisting the SEO team with daily and weekly analysis for various sports in the following ways: sourcing data, cleaning data, and top-level data analysis
- Taking ownership and is responsible for the tasks, or duties provided
- Conducting competitive research for multiple sports sections
- Should have basic knowledge of how websites and HTML works
- It is preferable to have knowledge of US sports like NBA, NFL, baseball, etc.
- Should have negotiation skills
- Should have excellent communication skills with a stronghold in written and spoken English
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office
