Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Writing Python code to build datasets, machine learning models, and computer vision tools and applications
- Read and discuss research papers. Ideate to invent new machine learning techniques and tools

Who can apply for this Internship?
Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for the work from home job/internship
- can work from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm India Standard Time)
- can start the work from home job/internship between 7th Jun’24 and 12th Jul’24
- are available for duration of 3 months
- have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
The main requirements are a can-do attitude and the ability to work hard, experience with programming and a strong interest in math. Other desirable attributes are:
- Bachelors in computer science or a current student in the third or fourth year. PhD or masters in computer science is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in python. Have written substantial code in Python or some other language.
- Strong background in mathematics including: Calculus, Linear Algebra, Probability
- Coursework in as many of these highly desirable but not mandatory: machine learning, Signals and Systems, Image processing, computer vision
- Coursework in data structures and algorithms.
- Full time and part time candidates are both welcome. Compensation will be in accordance with skills, experience and full or part time availability.
- Timings are flexible and can be mutually decided.
If you are a student interested in research and willing to challenge yourself you will learn a lot in this role. Programmers who want to switch to machine learning/generative AI, people who have had a break in their careers or experienced technology leaders who want to get back to hands-on work are also encouraged to apply.
