About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work actively as a part of the computer vision and deep learning team to train computer vision models
2. Collaborate across teams to build and refine models like detectors, classifiers, etc.
3. Research and adopt the latest high-performance SOTA architectures suitable for edge environments, addressing accuracy drops and resource constraints
4. Develop tools to optimize and simplify the deployment process for the edge
5. Create and maintain software documentation
6. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

1. Experienced in Python and OpenCV library, as well as deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
2. A strong foundation in mathematics, image processing, and deep learning fundamentals.
3. Expertise in deep-learning architectures such as CNNs, Vision Transformers, etc.
4. A basic understanding of state-of-the-art models like YOLO-series, zero-shot classifiers, multi-modular models, SAM, etc.
5. Experience using Docker containers for computer vision and deep learning.
6. Familiarity with Git.
7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
9. It is good to have experience in C/C++.
10. It is good to have experience in working with model optimization techniques like pruning, quantization, etc.
11. It is good to have experience working with any model deployment platform (E.g.: NVIDIA Triton Inference Server).
