We are seeking a dynamic Telecalling-HRIS intern for our renowned company, Across The Globe (ATG). If you have excellent spoken and written English proficiency and are a master at effective communication, this internship is perfect for you! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting Tele-calling activities to connect with potential candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Working on obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details.
- Calling potential candidates on the onboarding group to submit the task as well as join the internship.
- Collaborating with the HR team to support the execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Participating in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Assisting in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and maintaining employee records.
