There are various Apprenticeships launched for all regions of India which are related to the field of computer/civil engineering, etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who possess educational qualifications as mentioned and passed (date of result of final examination) within two years from the closing date of application, and are medically fit as per the provisions of the Apprentice Act, 1961 are eligible to apply for apprenticeship in POWERGRID.
- Candidates are not eligible to apply for the apprenticeship in any case
- Awaiting the results of their final examination.
- Not completed the 18 years of age
- Undergone apprenticeship training in any organization for any duration.
- Job experience of more than 1 year.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade.
- Candidates who have been shortlisted will be notified via their registered email address.
- Candidates who have been shortlisted will need to show up for document verification. No TA/DA shall be paid for document verification.
- The candidates will receive a letter of engagement once the document verification process is complete, the medical certificate has been submitted in the required format, and the apprenticeship contract agreement has been signed.
