About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and maintaining employee records
3. Help coordinate employee training and development programs by organizing workshops, seminars, and online courses
4. Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and following industry best practices
5. Aid in the implementation of performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing constructive feedback
6. Support the HR team in addressing employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work culture and maintaining high employee satisfaction
7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement activities, and organizational development
