3. Working on social media and job portals.
4. Assisting in developing hiring protocols for the organization.
5. Facilitating joining formalities & exit formalities of an employee
6. Maintaining all employees’ documentation
7. Working on the induction program
8. Taking HR sessions, grievance handling, employee engagement, etc.
