About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting recruitment of entry-level employees and interns by shortlisting resume, conducting level 1 interviews, preparing to shortlist after the interview, and explaining KRA/KPI and remuneration to the selected candidates
- Emailing and calling the shortlisted candidates as required
- Onboarding the selected candidates by creating/updating training material and providing email and telephonic support
- Interacting with college authorities, placement consultants, etc. for recruitment
