- Update patient records and electronic systems with verified insurance information
- Assist dental clinics in understanding insurance policies and procedures, providing guidance and support when necessary
- Collaborate with dental clinic staff to ensure accurate billing and claims processing
- Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and policies, adapting to new requirements and communicating them effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and dental clinic staff, addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance coverage and benefits
