- Work with hiring managers to assess current and forecasted hiring needs.
- Ensure full compliance with company standards and policies as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with creating and revising job descriptions with accurate qualifications and meeting all branding standards.
- Create and maintain job advertisements on company web pages and other online job boards.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.For Talent Acquistion Assistant Candidate Should be familiar with Google Sheets.
