About the Hiring Program:
- The Engineering Campus Hiring Program is the firm’s initiative to identify and hire top Engineering talent from across engineering schools in the country. As part of the program, candidates need to go through multiple assessment rounds, where they would be tested on their programming skills and analytical aptitude.
- Candidates who successfully make it through the process will be offered a role in the Engineering function at Goldman Sachs offices in India.
- In the event that Goldman Sachs visits your campus for internship and/or full-time recruitment, you are advised to apply directly through your respective campus placement process.
Eligibility:
Summer Analyst Internship:
The summer analyst internship is for candidates currently pursuing a college or university degree and is usually undertaken during the second or penultimate year of study.
Summer Associate Internship:
The summer associate internship is for candidates currently working towards an advanced degree such as an MBA, JD, MD or LLM and is usually undertaken during the second or penultimate year of study.
Duration:
Summer Analyst Internship:
Depending on region, programs last between eight and eleven weeks and are designed to fully immerse you in the day-to-day activities of one of our divisions.
Summer Associate Internship:
This is a ten-week program with real responsibilities to give you a sense of what you would be doing, day-to-day, as a full-time Goldman Sachs employee.
